SADA Sevilla celebrates its 65th anniversary at an event with more than 700 attendees to pay tribute to its professionals

Seville, 14 March 2026 — SADA Sevilla, part of Grupo Vall Companys, has celebrated its 65th anniversary with a commemorative event that brought together more than 700 attendees, including company professionals and their families, at the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento Hotel & Spa. The event, designed to recognise the company’s history and the work of all those who make up its value chain, was marked by a spirit of celebration and gratitude.
A benchmark in the poultry sector
SADA – Grupo Vall Companys is a Spanish company specialising in integrated poultry production and forms part of one of the country’s leading agri-food groups. With its plant located in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville), the company has established itself as a benchmark in the poultry sector, not only in Andalusia, but also in regions such as Extremadura and Castilla-La Mancha.
A gathering to recognise the work of the entire chain
During the event, tribute was paid to the company’s history and to the people who have contributed to its development over more than six decades. In a particularly moving moment, six awards were presented to professionals associated with the company, highlighting the dedication and commitment of the SADA Sevilla team.

The event featured an address by José María Díez Gata, host of the occasion, who highlighted the fundamental role of professionals in the company’s development:
“The company we represent is what it is today thanks to the efforts of every one of you. Through the work of each farmer, each haulier, each industry professional and the commercial team, we have made SADA Sevilla a benchmark not only in Andalusia, but also in other autonomous communities”.
Díez Gata also reviewed some of the company’s key historical milestones, from its beginnings in the 1960s to the opening of the Alcalá de Guadaíra slaughterhouse in 2007, a facility that today stands as a benchmark in the Spanish poultry sector.

The event also featured a contribution from Josep Solé, director of the poultry division of Grupo Vall Companys, who underscored the importance of the human team in the company’s development:

Entertainment and celebration to close the anniversary
The day combined formal moments with spaces for celebration and togetherness. Following the speeches and tributes, the event continued with a comedy show by the group “Los Síndromes”, which brought a light-hearted tone to the occasion, followed by a cocktail lunch that allowed collaborators and industry professionals to share in this anniversary together.
